Anotācija This master thesis is concerned with the conditions for optimal use of the distribution center. The purpose of data collection is first to build a simulation model and support the warehouse capacity. The increase in the number of its customers requires an increase in the volume of the distribution center. However, it is not possible to increase the storage space of the freezer. After gathering some relevant information and categorizing the available data by estimating the time intervals between each activity within the distribution center, the simulation steps continue and depending on the ability to modify the data, future programs may hypothetically be based on the model. Sometimes estimating the number of people working in a place and the length of time they work per hour can be one of the most important resources before building a model. In this master thesis, the modelling path was analysed as a function of the number of different inputs and outputs. Before making costly investments to increase the warehouse capacity, it is necessary to find out the maximum capacity of each part of the distribution center, analyse the weekly demand from customers, and find the best solution to save the usable space and time management are the main objectives of this project Warehousing processes play an important role in supply chain management in modelling the capability of a distribution center, and simulating processes help to reduce bottlenecks, improve customer loyalty, and service levels. The findings of this master's thesis provide academics with a comprehensive guide to improving process classification in a distribution center. To minimize inventory and serve more consumers in the future, distribution centers must deliver orders to customers as soon as possible. Supply chain managers may benefit from simulation tools in this regard, but This master's thesis shows that simple types of equipment, rather than larger areas, can be used in the warehouse to increase efficiency. customer.
