Diplomdarbā tiek piedāvāta tēma „Mazo HES režīmu analīze uz Bērzes HES piemēra’’.
Darba analītiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas sekojošas tēmas: ūdens enerģijas izmantošanas vēsture Latvijā, mazo HES ietekme uz vidi, ūdensdzirnavu un HES darba režīmu atšķirības u.c.
Diplomdarbā galvenais uzdevums ir analīzēt mazo HES režīmu atsķirības.
