Minētajā darbā tiek izskatītas mūsdienīgas elektroenerģijas uzskaites iekārtas, to tehniskie dati. Sīki izskatīti daži skaitītāju veidi, kas tiek lietoti elektroenerģijas uzskaitei Latvijā . Izskatītas mūsdienīgas metodes skaitītāju rādījumu nolasīšanai.
