Darbs sastāv no trim daļām, kurās aplūkoti stabilitātes uzlabošanas pasākumi elektriskās sistēmās un to ietekme uz sistēmas darbību. Izskatīti energosistēmas režīmi un tas stabilitātes veidi, kā arī asinhrona režīma rašanas cēloni un sēkas.
