Bakalaura darbs analizē vadības stilus multikulturālos uzņēmumos Indijā un izvērtē to ietekmi uz darbinieku sadarbību, komunikāciju un organizatorisko efektivitāti. Pamatojoties uz 100 darbinieku un vadītāju aptaujas datiem, darbā identificēti dominējošie vadības stili un sniegti ieteikumi starpkultūru vadības pilnveidošanai. |
