| Abstract |
Diplomdarbā tiek apskatīti Daugavpils preču stacijas muitas kontroles punkta galvenie personāla aspekti, to darbības koncepcija, veikta VID un MKP personāla analīze, izvērtēti tiesiskie aspekti un personāla vadības politika. Veikto secinājumu pamatā izstrādāti priekšlikumi tālākai personāla politikas uzlabošanai Valsts ieņēmumu dienestā. |
