The Master thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical and empirical research and practical part (new product “Happy Deal” business model), conclusions, and recommendations.
The scope of the Thesis is 95 pages, including 44 figures, 13 tables, and bibliography 70 sources in English, the paper has 8 appendices.
The aim of the research is to analyze theory and conduct several empirical research to create a new product to deal with the first hyper-local online platform that enables customers and local merchants to discover and engage with each other for Baltic Countries comprising discounts and deals.
Part 1 of the Master thesis is theoretical and analytical framework of new product development.
Part 2 of the Master thesis is empirical research and hypothesis testing.
Part 3 of the Master thesis is practical part of new product “Happy Deal” business model.
This study analyzes the theory and conducts several empirical research to create the new product “Happy Deal App” and the business model.
