Abstract Green supply chain is still in infancy stage all over the world, few of the countries are implementing green Logistics from many years. Now, most of the countries are looking forward for polluted free logistics for environmental sustainability. Logistic companies want to be on top with green logistics operations. Migrating from traditional becomes the challenge to many organizations because of its complexity. To transform logistics operations to green logistics, whole supply chain needs to be assessed. Logistic companies are con concentrating in the reduction of environmental pollution. In this research, the requirements for the implementations of green supply chain is studied and the impact is assessed using assessment models like LCA, AHP, IOA, MCMD were used and a Bayesian network is proposed for the step by step assessment of impact in environment because of logistics operations. Recommendation was proposed for the successful implementation of environmental sustainability. The master thesis contains 111 pages, 22 images, 7 tables, 158 reference sources.
