Abstract In recent years, with the development of the Internet, logistics and express delivery industries have developed rapidly. However, traditional logistics enterprises operate independently, with unreasonable distribution routes and uneven distribution of vehicles, which results in a large waste of logistics costs and greatly reduces the delivery service quality of logistics companies. Therefore, it is the great significance to integrate distribution vehicles, implement joint distribution and optimize the delivery path for logistics enterprises to improve the quality of distribution services and reduce the operating costs of logistics and distribution. This paper studies the urban distribution mode and elaborates the distribution mode and integrated distribution strategy in multiple perspectives and take HuaQing cloud distribution company and current situation of the development of the logistics company as an example, to satisfy the customer to accept the convenience and flexibility as the guidance, time and space on the basis of the research, the present situation of the logistics market, the business volume, distribution mode is analyzed, using the genetic algorithm for the path planning problem based on the lowest cost, and with the help of Matlab software modeling, to collect and organize data, determine the parameters for the model relevant variables, constraints and assumptions, and use the genetic algorithm model calculation, analyzed in the case of a known quantity of the distribution of distribution network, how to satisfy the load limit and time window constraints, Finally, the optimal delivery path and vehicle arrangement are solved, and the feasibility of the model in a particular calculation, and the operability in the actual distribution process is verified.
