| Abstract |
Darbā ir apskatītas šķiedru optikas pārraides sistēmā izmantotās fotodiodes un analizēti to parametri. Darbs ir domāts Bakalaura grāda iegūšanai. Darbā ir dots teorētiskais apraksts, kurš skaidro šķiedru optiskā pārraides sistēmas uzbūvi, tās elementus un diožu parametrus. Pētījuma daļā tiek apskatīti trīs diožu parametri un iegūti to grafiki. Darbā ir 55 lapas, 46 attēli, 6 tabulas un 3 pielikumi. |
