| Abstract |
The main aim of this paper is to analyse importance of the quality management tools (six sigma, lean manufacturing, Total quality management and ISO 9000) and giving some suggestions for the problems to the manufacturing company (Lokesh machines limited) in India. Lokesh are following lean manufacturing techniques to produce their products. This paper will find solutions for some general problems facing by the company and improves the productivity. |
