| Abstract |
Maģistra darba tēma ir “Darba vietas pārveidošana jaunajai paaudzei: ko Z paaudze vēlas no darba?”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir identificēt Z paaudzes motivācijas faktorus darbā, pamatojoties uz literatūras analīzē konstatētajām Z paaudzes raksturīpašībām un motivācijas faktoriem, kā arī, pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem tiešsaistes aptaujas rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus un īstenošanas plānu, kas palīdzētu personālvadības speciālistiem darbā ar Z paaudzes piesaisti un noturēšanu. Maģistra darbā iekļauti 27 grafiki un 8 tabulas. Maģistra darba valoda ir angļu valoda. |
