ABSTRACT
Nowadays, there is a worldwide movement in some of the most advanced economies seeking to improve productivity and efficiency in industrial manufacturing by incorporating the latest advances in information technology (IT). Deployment of IT for the development of Industry 4.0 change processes and manufacturing systems.
This thesis describes the analysis of IT applications in Industry 4.0, available elements and related to technologies that have been developed. This thesis describes a proposal of the architecture of Industry 4.0 (Integrated Internet of Things, Social Networks, Cloud and Industry 4.0). To propose the practical prototype for adaptive process within Industry 4.0 basic on metamodel of integration Industry 4.0 system and the prototype for adaptive process within Industry 4.0. Especially, this thesis focuses on how to achieve adaptive process in practical intelligent hybrid manufacturing activity, a feasible solution is to combine cloud computing and Collision Free Fleet Navigation technology, in this case, deadlock can be avoided and adaptive process can be achieved in the hybrid production. To prove the feasibility of the process of self-regulation in practical intelligent manufacturing activity.
