| Abstract |
Development of Modern Automated Solutions for Purchase in Small and Medium Enterprises
by collaborating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and purchase order in common is one of the important technological for the development and organizational innovation in modern enterprises and SMEs, that indorse the knowledge diffusion, and sound business decision making processes. Notwithstanding the importance of information technology and knowledge management, in most of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still underestimate the application and the dynamics of Business Intelligence in their decision-making processes when adopting the modern ERP systems and implementing with purchase order and their marketing oriented subsystems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The master thesis describes the development of modern automated solution for SMEs for purchase are derived. Special importance is given to the purchasing system, information technology and the ERPs in SMEs to achieve the automated solution for purchase.
