| Abstract |
Bakalaura darbā tika pētīts ogļskābes anhidrāžu inhibīcijas mehānisms kā inhibitorus izmantojot sulfokumarīnus. Inhibīcijas mehānisma pētījumos tika izmantoti četri KMR spektroskopijas eksperimenti: T1ρ relaksācijas eksperiments; WaterLOGSY - magnetizācijas pārneses eksperiments no ūdens molekulām uz enzīmu caur kodolu Overhauzera efektu; STD - piesātinājuma pārneses starpības eksperiments; enzimātiskās reakcijas monitorings ar 1H KMR spektroskopiju. KMR spektri analizēti ar VnmrJ, MestReNova un TopSpin programmām.
Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 50 lpp. Darbā iekļauti 22 attēli un 8 tabulas. Izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti. |
