| Abstract |
Maģistra darbā apskatīta (S)-3-(aminometil)-5-metilheksānskābes piemaisījumu identificēšana, sintēze un analīzes metožu izstrāde.
Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par laika periodu no 1912. līdz 2014. gadam, izmantojot interneta datu bāzes ScienceDirect, Scopus, SpringerLink, EBSCOhost un Esp@cenet. Maģistra darbā sintezēti un identificēti iespējamie (S)-3-(aminometil)-5-metilheksānskābes piemaisījumi gatavajās zāļu formās, izstrādāta augsti efektīvās šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metode piemaisījumu noteikšanai, metode validēta.
Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms 63 lpp. Darbs satur 5 attēlus, 9 tabulas, 6 pielikumus, un tajā izmantoti 53 literatūras avoti. |
